01
We'll never ask for your PIN, password or OTP
Not by phone, not by email, not by chat. Anyone asking you for these — even someone claiming to be from Kepper — is trying to scam you. Hang up, and report it to us.
02
Check the recipient name before you send
Every Kepper transfer shows the confirmed account name before it leaves your wallet. If the name doesn't match who you think you're paying, stop and double-check before confirming.
03
Be wary of unsolicited offers
Kepper will never message you out of the blue promising guaranteed returns, asking you to move money to a "safe account", or offering to double a deposit. If it sounds too good to be true, it is.
04
Only download Kepper from official stores
Get the app from the App Store or Google Play only. Be suspicious of links to install Kepper from anywhere else, including social media DMs.
05
Use your spend limits
A single-transfer cap and a cooling-off period on raising limits exist so a moment of pressure — a scammer rushing you — doesn't turn into a transfer you can't undo.
06
When in doubt, don't send
A genuine request can always wait a few minutes while you verify it directly with the person or organisation involved, through a channel you already trust.
